1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the CRD.me service, including the website crd.me and the Telegram bot @CRDWalletBot. By accessing or using the service, the user agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Service provider

The service is operated by CRD Global Services Ltd., incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and verification.
  • The service may require identity verification (KYC/KYB), including passport data and proof of address.

4. User obligations

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and Telegram username.
  • Immediately notify the service of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  • Refrain from using the service for fraud, money laundering, or prohibited transactions.

5. Service provider rights

  • Suspend or terminate access if the user violates this Agreement or applicable law.
  • Modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
  • Request additional documents for compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

6. Transactions

  • Transactions may be suspended or declined by the service when required to comply with legislation, ensure security, or prevent fraud.
  • Fees and limits may apply; they are published on the CRD.me website or in the bot.
  • The service is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers (banks, payment systems).
  • Withdrawal restriction: funds held on the CRD balance cannot be transferred to external accounts or requisites (bank accounts, cards of other banks, third-party wallets). The CRD balance is used exclusively within the CRD ecosystem.

7. Data protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • The service applies encryption, secure servers, and access controls.
  • Data may be shared with banks, payment systems, or public authorities as required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • CRD Global Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands.

10. Changes to the Agreement

  • The service may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
  • The new version will be published on the CRD.me website and in the Telegram bot @CRDWalletBot, indicating its effective date.
